Furthermore, not all providers and/or mentors are necessarily completely honest during their accreditation application process. Although we attempt to keep our listings as accurate as possible, it is not possible to monitor all the various service providers located in our listings at all times. Terms of Service - Privacy Policy
Six Sigma is all about focusing on customers. Lean Sigma Corporation is providing courses and materials for Six Sigma and they are not even practicing the basics of customer service. I purchased the PowerPoint training materials and found out it was password-protected!?! This is no indication at all in the product description that this is the case. Moreover, I have sent many emails without any reply. I would like to request a refund as this product is useless if it is password protected. But I cannot as there is no reply. Additionally, I suggest that new customers to stay away from this product and this company. They are the worst in the market.
I despise any company w/o a phone number.
